Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors to support project execution
Support delivery of projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with budget targets
Help define project scope and objectives in collaboration with technical and operational stakeholders
Work alongside senior leadership to support resource planning and allocation
Maintain project schedules and documentation to track progress and milestones
Assist with project reporting and performance tracking
Support client communication and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning
Help manage vendor and subcontractor relationships
Prepare and maintain organized project files and documentation
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in construction, water/wastewater, or related engineering environments
Basic understanding of construction project phases, including mechanical, electrical, and civil components
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Project exposure is a plus
Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Willingness to travel as needed (primarily domestic, with occasional international exposure)
Preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD or construction drawings is beneficial
Plant Operator license or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
