Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and timely
Analyze financial statements and apply tax planning principles
Interpret and apply tax laws and compliance requirements

Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of tax preparation experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PTIN required
Ability to work onsite daily in Staten Island office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional tax certification (CPA, EA)
Experience with ProSeries software
Familiarity with tax law and compliance requirements
2+ years in a finance role
