Responsibilities
Manage deal lifecycle tasks: checklists, deadlines, and communications
Prepare and review transaction documents for structured finance matters
Organize diligence materials, compile signature pages, and finalize closing binders
Review and file UCC financing statements and lien searches
Collaborate with attorneys, internal teams, and external vendors
Qualification
Required
You have at least 7 years of Paralegal experience, including transactional work
Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and complex transactions
Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office and document management tools like iManage
Familiar with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and transactional software such as SimplyAgree and Litera
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
