They are seeking a Team Lead to establish and direct the program of the Forensic or Assertive Community Treatment Team, providing treatment and support services to clients with severe mental health illnesses.

Establishes, administers, and directs the program of the Forensic or Assertive Community Treatment Team
Supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence
Functions as a practicing clinician on the team

Required

LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification
Experience in mental health treatment, rehabilitation, and support services
Ability to supervise and evaluate a multidisciplinary team
Experience working with clients with severe and persistent mental health illnesses
Strong clinical skills to function as a practicing clinician on the team
