Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate travel
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Order and stock office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors
Greet clients and visitors, providing a polished and professional first impression
Prepare meeting agendas and assist with internal events or meetings
Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports; assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Support team members with project-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfort working with Microsoft Office and basic office systems
