Responsibilities

Independently lead end-to-end UX research, including problem framing, study design, synthesis, and storytelling
Design and execute qualitative studies like in-depth interviews, concept testing, and usability research to inform product design
Conduct Product Inclusion research to ensure our products serve diverse, underserved, and marginalized user groups effectively
Advocate for inclusive product development and communicate findings through compelling presentations and workshops
