Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project deliverables, ensuring completeness of business requirements and successful deployment
Independently identify and resolve project gaps, risks, and issues proactively
Facilitate team alignment and purpose-driven meetings, actively listening, identifying action items, and holding stakeholders accountable
Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address misalignments and drive consensus towards project objectives
Oversee and participate in interviews with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and align expectations
Utilize project management tools such as Jira for task tracking and PPT for timeline management
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile) based on project needs and constraints
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on end-to-end deliverables
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus but not required
