Powertrain Call Center Agent

Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan, is seeking an experienced mechanic to work in their Powertrain Call Center. The role involves validating and authorizing technicians' diagnoses while providing excellent customer service to dealership personnel and handling warranty claims.

Responsibilities

Protect the Nissan/Infiniti ownership experience by validating the technician's diagnosis
Serve dealership personnel as they navigate Nissan/Infiniti policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service via phone, emails, chat, etc
Must have strong communication skills and the confidence to stand by your decisions
Provide claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers
Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment
Utilize resources like Technical Service Bulletins, Electronic Service Manuals, and Campaign publications

Qualification

Automotive repair experienceASE Master certificationTechnical service manualsComputer skillsCommunication skills

Required

Thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repair of vehicles; well-versed in use of technical service manuals and tools
Three or more years of 'hands on' automotive repair experience. Dealership experience is a plus
Computer Skills: Ability to work with multiple computer screens. Typing speed of 30 wpm or better

Preferred

ASE Master preferred, must have A1, A2, and A6
