Service Technician

The Service Technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of manual and automatic doors, working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install and service manual and automatic doors

Maintain company-owned equipment

Work in a team environment with other service team members

Observe all safety rules and best practices

Participate in on call rotation schedule for emergency service calls – involves 1 week per month with on call pay

Other relative duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma

Low voltage electrical experience

At least 1 year of experience in similar position

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Willingness to learn and work well within a team environment

Ability to read and use a measuring tape, level and other required tools for installation

Excellent interpersonal skills

Able to work a flexible schedule when required to meet customer needs (nights, weekends, overnight)

Comfortable with heights such as working a ladder and/or aerial man-lift

Solid organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Preferred

Current and valid US driver's license
