Responsibilities

Assist in translating enterprise and partner strategies into research and analysis to support new product initiatives
Conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate product opportunities
Prepare reports and summaries to inform prioritization decisions
Support compliance checks and marketing alignment during development
Gather data, assist in evaluating new product concepts, and help prepare business cases with pricing and financial projections
Support coordination with internal teams to ensure documentation and readiness for product launch
Monitor KPIs, translate insights into optimizations and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to provide data and analysis for product development
Provide analytical support for carrier and vendor discussions
Assist in preparing product materials and documentation
Help review compliance requirements and maintain documentation
Participate in agile-inspired planning sessions and maintain documentation for deliverables
Update product backlog and tracking progress
Collect feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement
Assist in monitoring KPIs and compiling reports
Help maintain dashboards and scorecards for tracking performance
Prepare materials for monthly product reviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field
2-5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, marketing, or related field

Insurance license preferred
Basic understanding of agile principles preferred
