Responsibilities

Assure that all products are mixed according to established Bakery Express mixing/formulation/baking and handling procedures and produce mixes in a timely manner to keep up with established production through put
Complete all necessary checks and documentation in a timely and truthful manner, providing accurate and timely feedback as needed
Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary work area during operations, and perform proper area clean up duties at the close of production
Yeast mixer and Cookie mixer machine must be turned off and tagged out at the power source, before any operator reaches into the mixing bowl and around the mixing blade or bar, during mixing bowl cleaning and scraping
Provide assistance with any other tasks in the bakery as may be required and requested by supervision
Participate in the production/development of experimental products when asked, and provide feedback when requested
Maintain proper calibration and maintenance/operation of all company issued testing equipment
Provide Maintenance personnel with any pertinent observations relative to equipment function and operation
