Responsibilities
Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations
Provide strategic legal advice on complex immigration matters to visa-dependent employees and business groups
Advise on I-9 and E-Verify compliance
Oversee preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications
Ensure legal compliance in immigration filings
Conduct legal research and draft concise legal memoranda
Partner with internal colleagues and outside counsel to manage projects
Translate complex legal issues into clear written and verbal guidance
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent and active bar license
Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
Able to meet admission requirements in relevant jurisdictions
Preferred
3+ years' experience as an attorney practicing business immigration law
High-volume business immigration experience, preferably with technology clients
Experience across non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1 categories
At least 3 years of private law firm experience
Prior experience supporting large corporate or global workforces
Familiarity with in-house legal team collaboration
Experience managing and collaborating with outside counsel
