Responsibilities
Prepare and submit warranty claims, reports, and discounts accurately
Enroll all EPP coverage for Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar machines
Review and monitor claim statuses, notifying supervisors of grievances or recovery issues
Run regular reports to identify machines in hardship status and advise supervisors
Inspect work orders to ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and coverage periods
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of warranty processes and guidelines
Ability to analyze reports and identify machines approaching hardship status
Proficiency in reviewing work orders for compliance with warranty timeframes
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Technical knowledge of Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar machinery
Familiarity with warranty management systems and reporting tools
Associate degree or technical certification in business, administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in warranty administration or service operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
