Responsibilities

Lead the endtoend lifecycle of BI reporting products from requirements gathering to deployment and business enablement

Design and implement advanced dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Tableau for executive and operational stakeholders

Conduct thorough data quality assurance and troubleshoot BI tool issues to ensure reliable reporting

Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive analysis

Drive adoption of BI tools and datadriven decisionmaking across the organization through training and communication

Identify trends patterns and anomalies in large datasets to provide actionable business insights

Manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

Required

8 - 12 Years of experience in data analysis

Proficient in PowerBI and Tableau

Expertise in Microstrategy, MS Excel, PowerBI, Python, QlikView, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, ANSI-SQL, Cognos Analytics, QlikSense, MySQL

Ability to analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams

Ability to maintain and enhance existing reporting tools

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Experience in ensuring high-quality data governance and compliance

Ability to mentor junior team members

Experience in leading the end-to-end lifecycle of BI reporting products

Ability to design and implement advanced dashboards and reports

Experience in conducting data quality assurance

Ability to collaborate with data engineers and business analysts

Experience in driving adoption of BI tools

Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets
