Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing systems and their components

Utilizing systems engineering best practices and methods

Performing data gathering, analysis, and writing detailed reports

Analyzing problems, developing solutions, and executing resolutions

Driving to various locations to perform required services

Qualification

Required

Strong leadership and communication skills with experience guiding technical teams

Advanced technical proficiency in low-voltage systems, CCTV/NVR, cabling infrastructure

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation

Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and lifting up to 50 lbs

Proficient with diagnostic equipment and maintenance management systems

Required Certifications (or completed within 1 year): Valid Class E Driver's License, OSHA 10, and Aerial Lift Certification
