Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate non-sales client meetings, interviews and working sessions
Serve as a post-sales point of contact for clients, routing questions and requests appropriately
Manage client communications related to scheduling, logistics and data collection
Answer and route client calls with professionalism and care
Assist in managing and organizing data collected from clients for consulting, grant and certification projects
Collaborate with internal partners to maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including running reports, auditing data and identifying improvements
Prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations to support internal and client-facing work
Maintain organized, intuitive file systems to support efficient workflows
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational processes
Provide administrative and operational support for executive search and consulting engagements, including scheduling, logistics and documentation
Assist with company-wide and cross-functional projects, including research and data gathering
Take meeting notes as requested and support follow-up actions
Help manage calendars, timelines and reminders for internal teams
Act as an ambassador for CU Strategic Planning, building strong relationships with clients and internal partners

Required

A bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience working with data, documents and client information with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort interacting with clients using diplomacy and sound judgment
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and business information
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
