Federal (IC) Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
Interface at many levels of WEKA senior management

Required

10+ years of IT Sales experience
Current TS/SCI clearance or ability to hold one
Proven track record of selling $5M+ infrastructure or data solutions into the intelligence community
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Ability to discuss the intersection of GPU-acceleration, Kubernetes/Containers, and Parallel File Systems with GS-15 and SES-level technical leaders
Deep existing relationships within the IC and the top-tier federal SI community
Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
Superb written and verbal communication skills
