Responsibilities
Coordinate with various groups to assist in the development of Center’s budget
Monitor the center's budget to ensure proper execution
Track and archive board-approved programmatic and financial requirements
Assist with monitoring anticipated resource requirements and actual expenditures for all Front Office activities
Draft financial reports to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements
Track external stakeholder funding and maintain configuration management of the Center’s financial and execution documentation
Support the center’s management of spending authorities
Support budget meetings by preparing necessary documentation ad collection actions
Support creation of SLA, DocIDs, BCRs, and BLIs and support concurrence on budgetary requests
Assist in drafting SOPS and policies
Be proficient with Agency budget reporting systems
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI with Poly
Bachelors Degree
5+ years' experience
