Responsibilities
Solution Ownership & Financial Integrity: Own end-to-end Dynamics365 F&SCM solution design, translating business requirements into scalable designs while ensuring accounting integrity, compliant financial reporting, accurate postings, and effective close and reconciliation processes
Architectural Leadership: Define and govern platform architecture including environments, data management, integrations, security, customizations, and lifecycle management, ensuring scalability, performance, compliance, and long-term supportability
Design Governance & Decision-Making: Lead solution design efforts, produce and defend design deliverables, promote architectural standards, evaluate trade-offs with accounting awareness, and intervene when delivery deviates from approved designs
Client & Executive Leadership: Lead discovery and requirements sessions, act as the primary solution authority, communicate risks and trade-offs clearly, and build trust with executive and operational stakeholders
Delivery Partnership & Oversight: Guide functional and technical teams through design and build, partner with program leadership on delivery strategy, ensure traceability from requirements to build, and provide escalation, estimation, and solution guidance
Pre-Sales & Solution Growth: Support pre-sales solutioning, estimates, demos, and proposals; research and recommend ISVs and integrations; and identify responsible value-add opportunities for clients and sales leadership
Qualification
Required
End-to-end Dynamics365 F&SCM solution design experience
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable designs
Experience ensuring accounting integrity and compliant financial reporting
Knowledge of effective close and reconciliation processes
Experience defining and governing platform architecture
Knowledge of data management, integrations, security, customizations, and lifecycle management
Ability to ensure scalability, performance, compliance, and long-term supportability
Experience leading solution design efforts and producing design deliverables
Ability to promote architectural standards and evaluate trade-offs
Experience leading discovery and requirements sessions
Ability to communicate risks and trade-offs clearly
Experience building trust with executive and operational stakeholders
Experience guiding functional and technical teams through design and build
Ability to partner with program leadership on delivery strategy
Experience ensuring traceability from requirements to build
Ability to provide escalation, estimation, and solution guidance
Experience supporting pre-sales solutioning, estimates, demos, and proposals
Ability to research and recommend ISVs and integrations
Experience identifying value-add opportunities for clients and sales leadership
