BOUCHERON Wholesale Coordinator

Kering is a global luxury group, and they are seeking a Wholesale Coordinator for Boucheron to support the US organization’s sales activity for Wholesale within the Americas. The role involves administrative support, client liaison, sales coordination, event participation, and inventory management to optimize sales and ensure timely execution of wholesale activities.

Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and shop-in-shop network to optimize sales
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client communications
Serve as the primary support contact for wholesale buyer teams
Liaise internally with merchandising, operations, and accounting teams to ensure timely execution of wholesale activities
Coordinate sales collateral, training materials, and business development tools, including product and swatch sampling, digital and printed materials, and brand education resources
Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for wholesale clients
Participate in events, trade shows, and VIP presentations to represent the brand and support sales initiatives
Monitor stock levels for wholesale accounts and assist with RTV (Return to Vendor) processes
Ensure timely delivery of products and samples to wholesale partners

Required

3–5 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or luxury goods industry
Understanding of and alignment to Boucheron culture and values
Deep interest in relationships with clients, customer-service oriented
Training and communication skills
Analytical and organizational capabilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Client segmentation, database and client reporting
Detail-oriented, with a dynamic mindset
Strong teamwork and people's skills
Proficient in computer & presentation skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Etc
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, moving objects, and transporting supplies as needed to support daily operations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
