Responsibilities
Manage month-end close for multiple business units (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements
Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year
Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital project tracking
Assist with external audits and internal reporting requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve processes
Qualification
Required
CPA required with a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or next-tier firm preferred)
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent communication and a proactive mindset
Preferred
Experience drafting SOPs and improving processes
Exposure to FP&A or operational finance
