Responsibilities

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs
Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Qualification

Hyundai brand experienceASE certificationSmog certificationDiagnostic skillsCustomer serviceAttention to detail

Required

Minimum of two (2) years of Hyundai brand experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a Hyundai dealership
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Preferred

ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired
