Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest control
Ensure efficient operations in order to maximize revenue and control costs while maintaining an excellent quality of work and exemplary customer service
Ensure overall compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Perform pest control services for customers in your area
Implement sales tactics to gain awareness and grow customer base in your area
Provide leadership for employees
Oversee and encourage development of personnel within the company

Qualification

Required

5 years previous experience in pest control with at least 2 of those years in management
Strong sales skills to effectively promote services and solutions to clients
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and providing clear explanations of services offered
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities to address pest issues effectively
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must be able to relocate to the Jeffersonville, IN area
