Plan, create, and schedule daily content across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Rumble, YouTube, X, Reddit, etc.)
Help to manage reputation and online reviews
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and proactively foster community interaction
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maximize reach and performance
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support new product launches and promotions
Assist in editing short-form video content, product showcases, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes media
Analyze analytics/data to measure content performance and optimize campaigns
Assist with email marketing, SEO initiatives, and broader digital strategies as needed
Qualification
Required
Manage social media presence

Preferred
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role
Strong understanding of the firearms community, culture, terminology, and legal considerations
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
