Responsibilities
Solutioning and playing a key role in the deal pursuit team to win new consulting implementation business
Confirming that projects you sold are implemented successfully and within the original deal construct (i.e., revenue and margin) and strategy
Building strong relationships with Oracle North America Applications (NAA) sales, working collaboratively with them to jointly pursue software and consulting opportunities
Developing long-lasting client relationships, proving yourself as a trusted advisor who our clients can depend on
Developing and coaching the people around you to excel in their role, achieving great things for your career, our business, and our clients
Collaborating with your colleagues to create thought leadership and to improve the way we sell and deliver in the market
Qualification
Required
12+ years of ERP implementation experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Architect role
Significant focus in Core Finance processes related to General Ledger, Assets, Payables, Receivables, Project Portfolio Management, Cash Management, Accounting Hub, Lease Management, Revenue Management
Oracle Product Certification in one of these areas is a must
CPA is a plus
Familiarity with Fusion AI Agents
Undergraduate degree or equivalent at a minimum
Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions
In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices
Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions
Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools
Ability to travel as required

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
