Responsibilities
Set up and validate electrical and functional aspects of x86/ SoC platforms
Configure thermal setups, oscilloscopes, debuggers, and power tools
Execute test plans including stress, functional, and power benchmarking
Manage multiple lab systems to ensure uptime and operational consistency
Debug PCB, chip-level, and network-related issues; document findings
Update and improve automation scripts for enhanced testing coverage
Monitor DAQ/DMM-based power measurements and analyze system logs
Support fuse programming and chip screening for performance validation
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate anomalies and root causes
Qualification
Required
Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
3+ years of hands-on experience in system-level hardware testing
Platform assembly and validation for x86 and GPU systems
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux for validation workflows
Scripting experience in Python, Bash, JavaScript or similar
Skilled in using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DAQs, DMMs, logic analyzers)
Strong Excel proficiency for tracking and reporting validation data
Familiarity with post-silicon testing and functional screening
