Office Assistant (part time)

Responsibilities
Receive and sort mail
Open and review mail
Scan and file documents
Upload documents
Data entry
Manage and respond to emails
Communicate with multiple staff members in-person and by phone
Other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
6 months + experience working in an office environment
Customer service driven and team oriented
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to multi task
Experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
