Responsibilities

Assist in managing proposal schedules, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are submitted on time

Work with multiple departments (Business Development, Estimating, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Contracts, Quality, CM/PM, Procurement) to gather information and maintain content consistency

Help draft and organize proposal sections, edit contributions, and maintain a library of standard content (boilerplate text, project descriptions, resumes)

Review proposal content for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and compliance with RFP/RFI requirements

Support kick-off and debrief meetings, track progress, and assist with client follow-up after submission

Manage printing and production of proposal materials, track proposal status, and maintain related databases and files

Required

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration

Understanding of proposal development processes and RFP/RFI requirements is an asset

Interest in the nuclear or construction industry is a plus
