Responsibilities

Manage daily technical interactions with internal stakeholders, as well as external customers, ensuring timely responses to commercial and specification inquiries, order reviews, recertification requests and testing and certification of final product supporting shipments and deliver the business forecast

Manage the standardized product work instructions, training and verification of training specific to the product line

Develop production practices to meet or exceed internal and external customer requirements and represent ATI SRP when managing efficient resolution of external claims

Manage customer complaints and deliver efficient resolution to meet ATI SRP expectations

Support product certification and compliance issues for all product, process and quality specifications

Partner with the Marketing & Sales to evaluate new customer opportunities and develop a cost competitive method to manufacture the material and win the business

Identify and develop opportunities for new grades/products or alterations of existing grades to meet new customer business specifications and opportunities

Develop and manage technical advancements that deliver product improvements and/or cost reductions
