Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Client Accounting and CFO Advisory Services practices aligned with SN’s growth objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing teams of accounting professionals specializing in Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint and Ajera
Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
Drive scalability by strengthening on and offshore delivery teams, improving processes, identifying new service opportunities, and expanding market presence in AE industry
Leverage automation, AI tools, and ERP platforms to enhance service delivery and generate actionable client insights. Establish KPIs, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in outsourced client accounting or CFO advisory, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity leading scalability
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strategic financial guidance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong familiarity with Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint, or Ajera
Deep understanding of AE industry challenges and opportunities
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA, a plus
