Responsibilities
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs on JIRA or similar bug tracking tool
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using Playwright/Typescript framework
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Design test plans, scenarios and scripts
Qualification
Required
3+ years work experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Hands-on experience with black box and automation testing
Experience with automated testing tools and willing to learn new tools/technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills
Innovative and detail-oriented
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AI integration in testing
Experience using tools like Claude for AI led test automation
