Lead Technical Recruiting Consultant

The Lead Technical Recruiting Consultant will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, ensuring effective communication with hiring managers and candidates while driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of engineering, quality assurance, product management, and IT positions
Own the relationship and communication with hiring managers and executives within our partners to drive results
Source, screen, and evaluate technical talent against our partner's requirements and make recommendations accordingly
In collaboration with our Recruiting Coordinators and the respective hiring teams, schedule interviews, manage and lead feedback sessions, and guide hiring teams in the decision-making process
Provide insight on salary and compensation packages and present and negotiate offers to candidates in conjunction with hiring teams
Ensure a positive and transparent experience for hiring teams and candidates alike by setting and managing expectations, creating a cadence of regular, two-way communication, and driving progress with urgency and proactivity
Help develop and grow our technical recruiting function that includes other recruiters and coordinators
Track and report key recruiting activity to stakeholders, including candidate and recruiter activity, funnel data, time-to-fill, and other hiring and pipeline data
Act as an ambassador and representative of the HirexHire brand, as well as that of our clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience in leading full life-cycle recruiting processes for technical / IT positions, either in an in-house or agency (or both!)
An interest and passion for understanding and communicating complex technologies, including programming languages, theories, and methodologies
Confidence and experience communicating and influencing behavior at a senior leadership level
Proficiency with common Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting softwares, such as Greenhouse, Workable, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter, just to name a few
