Responsibilities

Prepare investor portal postings and creating client communications
Update and manage document processes and policies to ensure proper record keeping
Communicate with other StepStone departments regarding upcoming posts and approvals
Responding by e-mail and/or phone to client inquiries and information requests, guided by the team
Manage data quality projects with minimal oversight and strong follow-through
Identify key automation opportunities across systems
Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation for the team as operational responsibilities grow
Strong data integrity and detail orientation on requests, being privy to sensitive client data
Risk orientated mind-set when facilitating requests

Required

Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2026 through June 2027
Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
GPA of 3.2 or above
A desire to join our Global Private Markets investments platform after graduation
High proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
Demonstrated track record of academic success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong, demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills
Team player and strong work ethic
