Nationallutheraninc is seeking an Executive Director for The Village at Rockville, a prominent Life Plan Community. The role involves leading a dedicated team to enhance resident experiences and ensure operational excellence while aligning with the organization’s mission-driven values.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field is required; Master's Degree is preferred

Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator or have the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire

Proven leadership experience as an Executive Director/Administrator or equivalent senior leader in senior living, health care or a related regulated environment

Demonstrated success leading large teams, elevating culture and achieving strong resident or patient satisfaction alongside solid financial results

Strong knowledge of senior living or health care operations, budgeting, regulatory requirements and quality improvement practices

A collaborative, mission-driven leadership style with excellent communication, relationship-building and decision-making skills, and a passion for partnering with older adults

Preferred

Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field
