Content strategy for LinkedIn, sales enablement, email, and web
Trade shows & industry events (booths, collateral, promotions, ROI tracking)
Marketing infrastructure — tools, workflows, reporting, and processes
Budget management & ROI tracking
Cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Customer Success & Leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
Comfortable being the sole or first marketing hire
Strong understanding of creative, graphics, and web workflows
Data-driven, organized, and execution-focused
Thrive in a 1099 / contract environment with autonomy and ownership
Preferred
Experience in cannabis, fintech, or payments is a big plus
