Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals
Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer requirements
Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and quality materials
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships
Monitor supplier performance and compliance
Oversee inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
Manage transportation and distribution to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate warehousing operations and ensure efficient storage
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain performance
Assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards
Prepare and manage supply chain budgets
Monitor costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
Lead and develop supply chain staff
Foster collaboration across departments (e.g., procurement, production, sales)
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, cost, and service levels
Prepare reports for senior management and recommend improvements
Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure the food safety and quality of our products
