Responsibilities

All paperwork and associated process management to onboard and sustain personnel to support a federal contract with Public Trust requirements

Contractually required trainings

Fingerprinting scheduling and tracking

Preparing packages for submitting people to the Indian Health Service (IHS) for background investigations

Monitoring and managing multiple E-mail communication threads internally and with IHS

Monitoring and managing multiple support queue tickets

Required

Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience

3-5 years relevant work experience

Favorable adjudication of a Public Trust Background Investigation or alternate US Government security clearance card applicable for your position

Due to client contractual requirements, this position requires you to be a US citizen

Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected

Relationship management skills are crucial

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a larger processing team

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
