Human Resources Operations Manager

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and HRIS management, with hands-on Paycom experience required
Demonstrated expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and metrics
Strong working knowledge of Paycom modules, reporting, workflows, and integrations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proven project management ability, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite
