Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for borrower credit and capacity, including products like AIM (Asset and Income Modeler) and the Freddie Mac Income Calculator
Deliver successful product releases through market research, development capabilities and go-to-market strategies
Support our customers and partners to drive widespread adoption of our products
Shape and enhance product roadmap by leveraging your industry expertise to identify new opportunities, inform feature prioritization, and ensure solutions fit market needs
Draft and refine feature requirements in partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear specifications that align with policy and product goals
Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a direct point of contact for product support

Qualification

Mortgage industry experienceProduct managementAdvanced PowerPoint skillsDrafting product requirementsCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skillsPresentation skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years related experience
Ability to create presentations to leadership for product deliverables using MS Office; must have advanced PowerPoint skills
Ability to draft product requirements for various audiences
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many priorities at once
Comfortable presenting to large audiences and guiding the conversation
Keep calm under pressure

Preferred

Experience in the mortgage industry and/or product management preferred
