Customer Success Specialist
Synaxus is seeking a motivated Customer Success Representative to support customer engagement and sales initiatives in partnered retail locations. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while representing telecommunications products and services.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person to provide customer support and product information
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Support sales and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness
Assist with customer enrollment and service-related questions
Help coordinate and support in-store promotional activities
Build and maintain professional relationships with retail partners
Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations
Preferred
1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred but not required
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Goal-oriented mindset
Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
