PEAK6 is a leading investment firm that uses technology to optimize various business processes. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment, build candidate relationships, and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle recruitment across all departments including tech, finance, and operations
Build strong relationships with candidates and work to continually improve our candidate experience
Negotiate offers with the ability to close candidates
Partner closely with hiring managers to optimize processes
Demonstrate strong, proactive communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to ensure clear understanding and alignment throughout the recruitment process
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the PEAK6 culture and value proposition
Develop your knowledge base on the PEAK6 businesses, culture and market, and stay up to date on the recruiting industry’s best practices and latest trends
Ensure the data integrity of our ATS
Collaborate with the recruiting team, HR and other partners on process improvements, events, DEI, employer branding and various other HR initiatives

Required

3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Detail-oriented and a problem solver: whether you're working on a tough to fill role, negotiating comp, keeping up on your candidate responses, or updating the ATS (Workday is a plus!)
Demonstrated success in identifying and acquiring top talent, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes
A team player and collaborator; someone willing to lend a helping hand and not afraid to ask for help when needed
A natural ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and hiring managers from every background
