Responsibilities

Responsible for the end-to-end management onboarding customers to Sysco
Customer facing communications (written & verbal) for status, progress, barriers, & escalations
Responsible for escalating barriers and coordinating solutions to ensure a quality onboarding
Responsible for communicating and representing the end-to-end onboarding process to internal partners and external customers
Responsible for documenting critical to customer and critical-to-business documents during the onboarding event
