Responsibilities

Driving collaboration across internal teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions
Ensuring alignment between advisory, technology, and operations
Strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth across multiple engagements
Enabling communication between clients, other EXL business units, internal support staff, as well as multi-functional and multi-shore project teams
Achieving ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced financial landscape
Frequent travel to client sites in the U.S

Qualification

Client relationship managementData management expertiseEngagement leadershipBusiness acumenCollaboration skills

Required

12-15 years of experience in engagement management or related field
Proven experience in driving collaboration across internal teams and clients
Strong technical expertise in data management
Demonstrated client relationship management skills
Business acumen to achieve growth targets
Ability to enable communication between clients and internal teams
Experience working with multi-functional and multi-shore project teams
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites in the U.S
