Responsibilities
Stock and maintain kitchens and equipment
Assist with room setups and team member requests
Maintain office functionality by repairing furniture and replenishing supplies
Support office reorganization and special events through furniture and equipment moves
Assist with internal communications by posting and removing signage
Manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and schedule maintenance
Collaborate with the Facilities team, building maintenance, and the Events team for workspace support
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
