As an Associate Talent Manager, you will support a Talent Manager in executing campaigns, acting as a liaison between talent and clients to ensure successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between talent and brand partners throughout each campaign

Provide talent with all necessary briefs, talking points, and assets to ensure successful deliveries

Review all content to confirm compliance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements

Submit content for brand approval and communicate any feedback or revisions to the talent promptly

Track all campaign deliverables, deadlines, and approvals in Podio or the internal CRM system

Gather and submit post-campaign insights, analytics, and reports to the client

Maintain clear and timely communication with both talent and clients to ensure all expectations are met

Required

Passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, understanding that this role may involve responding to communications during evenings and weekends

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure

Commitment to our organizational values

Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Talent management experience a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
