Responsibilities
Monitor incoming daily orders from our WebSite and other sources, and review and distribute them to the appropriate customer support staff
Assist order processing where complicated Purchase Orders or multi-destination shipments are involved. Contact some customers where special orders or credits are involved, or other special circumstances
Use our QuickBooks Desktop system to spread ADP payroll, monitor banking transactions including ACH payments, create journal entries, transfer summarized monthly data from our Sales and A/R accounting software to memorized transactions in QuickBooks
Convey information from subscriber interaction, along with other suggestions related to our products, our website, or other aspects of our business
Qualification
Required
Experience in a flexible, smaller to medium-sized office environment
Management and support for daily orders processed through Order Fulfillment
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop system
Ability to select and vet potential vendors and support systems
Monitor incoming daily orders from the website and other sources
Assist order processing for complicated Purchase Orders or multi-destination shipments
Contact customers regarding special orders or credits
Create journal entries and transfer summarized monthly data in QuickBooks
Excellent Microsoft and 10-key skills
Attention to details
Positive attitude and comfortable with B2B customer service interaction
Dependable and able to make sound judgments and solve problems
Comfortable with vendors for audit or negotiated contracts
