Passion for design excellence

Strong design, technical, and visualization skills

Ability to manage project teams, project budget, and project workplan

Significant experience in organizing design and construction documentation

Highly organized, with an eye for detail and problem solving

Excellent and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients

Experience and ability to lead internal project workflow, planning, and budgeting

Commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy

Experience with client interface, networking and relationship building

Expertise with REVIT, Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Sefaira and other energy and carbon modeling is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
