Responsibilities
Extract critical deal information from applicable legal documents to record in the Firm’s workflow systems
Engage with internal Business, Legal, and Operations teams for all requisite loan closing deliverables and coordinate completion ahead of signing/funding
Maintain a robust pipeline of loan transactions, monitoring task completion and accurate data for upstream reporting
Partner with loan booking and servicing teams, providing timely updates and insight on transaction requirements
Understand and prioritize relevant technology enhancements
Lead or participate in project to enhance process efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage complex workflows and communicate effectively
Proven track record of leading initiatives and succeeding in a team environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience in Syndicate Loans Operations or adjacent functions
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
Experience in loan operations/transaction management, especially in originations
Familiarity and experience in reviewing legal loan documentation
