Responsibilities
Backend Development: Design and implement robust APIs and services with Node.js and GraphQL, integrating AWS tools (e.g., SQS, Lambda, DocumentDB)
Frontend Engineering: Build intuitive and performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Chakra UI
Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and deploy scalable, event-driven systems leveraging AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK
Full Stack Leadership: Lead the technical design of features across the stack, ensuring best practices in architecture, code quality, and system reliability
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
Automation and CI/CD: Maintain and enhance automation workflows to support efficient and reliable deployments
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align technical solutions with business goals
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred)
Proficiency in server-side development with Node.js and GraphQL
Extensive experience with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, and DocumentDB, and proficiency with AWS CDK or similar tools
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and scalable cloud systems
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor engineers effectively
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
