Responsibilities

Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and basic Financial Services

Build and manage a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach (calls, follow-ups, referrals, community connections, networking, etc)

Deliver an outstanding client experience by providing timely, accurate service (policy changes, billing questions, claims guidance, coverage reviews)

Generate and present quotes, close new business, and support retention through annual reviews and policy education

Document activity and track opportunities using agency tools/CRM to maintain high follow-through and responsiveness

Collaborate with the agent and team to hit individual and agency goals, while maintaining compliance standards

Strong communication skills—comfortable on the phone and in consultative conversations

Ability to obtain or currently hold applicable state licenses (typically) Property & Casualty (P&C), Life & Health. If not currently licensed, willingness to complete licensing requirements is expected
